He finally made it to his mouth.
I put some fruit puffs in this little bowl on his exersaucer and he was having so much fun trying to get them out with his little fingers and eating them.
Learning to eat on his own is going well except he can't seem to get the food to his mouth.
Chase took a sick day. He had a fever so I put a cold wash cloth on his forhead and he watched his baby Einstein movie while drinking apple juice.
"Man, playing with toys is exhausting!"
Pope Chase. He was giving us a sermon from the Old Testament for family home evening.
He kept trying to get the camera from me. Does anybody see a future engineer here? Cell phones, cameras, chargers, anything that has to do with electronics?
Here he is again, attacking the chair.
Chase charging his battery. This is the end of the cell phone charger and it's plugged in!!! Yikes! We had to put it away because we always found him chewing on the end. He seems to be attracted to anything that has anything to do with a cell phone.
He sleeps like his mom, mouth wide open.
One of Chase's favorite things to do is pull the chair down, rung by rung, and chew on the top. We now have little knaw marks on them.
First sippy cup. He thought it was a pretty cool idea. I like this picture because you can see his tongue and mouth pressed up against the lid.
I told Chase to sit up straight for his picture and well....he obeyed.
Chase is sooooo wiggly when I try to get him dressed. I finally decided to just stand him up against the wall because I knew he had to lean with both hands to stay up. Then I was able to put his clothes on without him wiggling so much. It turned out looking like a stick-up.
Chase is now starting to walk while holding onto only one hand. He's always on the go.
Chase loves for me to tip over his toy bin and just let him go at it. He crawls in a gets what he wants and plays for quite a while. It gives me some "free" time, you know the kind of free time where you do stuff you have to do not stuff you want to do.
