"Hey, it's pretty good!"
"Hmmm, I don't know about this?"
"Mom, when can I blow?"
"Oh boy oh boy oh boy...this looks good!"
Playing with his train. He loved pushing on the yellow smoke stack and hearing the train sounds.
Aunt Heather gave him this boat to play with at the pool. He wanted to climb right in and squealed when we pulled him around on the carpet.
Cousins Jasper and Ruby helped open gifts. Chase was very grateful cuz it was a lot of work for just one kid!
We continued the birthday festivities on Sunday at Grandma & Grandpa Swensen's house. Mom and dad gave chase a train. Once it came out of the box, he loved it!
Aunt Heather joined in celebrating Chase's birthday.
Fortunately, he decided to make the most of it by having fun.
The only downer was that he got thrown in jail for riding the pony too fast.
Chase wanted to make sure and thank the pony for a good ride.
To top off the day, he got to take a pony ride. He was in heaven!
...and some friendly goats!
...some big ducks...
...a snow white bunny...
...a big black horse...
He saw a donkey...
We took Chase to the petting zoo for his 1st birthday. He was fascinated with all the animals.
For Chase's 1st birthday, he got to have his carseat turned forward. He was loving it!
We went out to eat and Chase enjoyed the styrofoam cup more than the food. He was drooling so much that the styrofoam stuck to his chin when he spit it out.
Rick's 4x4 relay team placed 1st at State. He was really excited! He really enjoyed coaching track and was sad when the season ended.
Chase and his friend Gracie loved playing together at Rick's track meets. Gracie's mom was the girl's coach.
