It's about time I updated our blog don't you think? We've been so busy traveling this past month that I just plain haven't taken the time to sit down and post about it. So here's a quick recap.
3-week vacation to Nana & Papa's in Boise.
I think Amelie spent at least an hour a day in this swing. Yes, it's even enjoyable while naked, she tried it.
Nana got a few toys out of the attic for Chase, and "Buzz & Buddy" as he called them were a hit. He had to take them everywhere and sleep with them at night.

Jacuzzi jets make great bubble baths!
Amelie got her first manicure and pedicure, compliments of me and Aunt Molly :)

Chase had a blast in his new batman attire and his "Batbear" that Nana didn't get suckered into buying at all from Build-A-Bear. (Don't worry mom, it was worth it, he LOVES it!)
Drag Racing in Star, Idaho. It was LOOOOUUUDD! and the cars got up to 230 mph! Oh, and did I mention how loud it was? Maximize this picture and you can see one of the cool cars.

Twin Falls Temple Open House. Before going in I told Chase it was God's house. He kept asking me, "Where's God? Where is he?"
Camping in McCall. One of the best memories from my childhood. The kids had fun, what kid doesn't like getting dirty, and not getting in trouble for it?

4-day visit in Utah.
Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures there except these. We had fun visiting Steve & Emily (Rick's brother and sister-in-law) and cousins Jasper & Ruby. We went to Grandma Swensen's funeral. We attended Rick's 10-year high school reunion. Yikes! And we visited other family and friends: Rick's parents Grandma & Grandpa Swensen, Grandma Bonnie (my grandma), Grandma McAllister (my other grandma) along with my sister Heather and some of our best friends. Boy it was sure a great visit!
Watch out for those Batmen!!!!

The Batman thing is ADORABLE. My four year old LOVES Batman and cant get enough of him.
Maybe we will have to go to build a bear and get him a Batman outfit for his Monkey.
Well keep up the energy and Yeah I didnt go to the reunion because it was my hubbies 30th B-day party.
